  • Panel facade solutions are made by hanging glazed aluminum panels which are prepared completely in factory environment with special anchors for reinforced concrete flooring.

    Compared to bar facades, fewer installation personnel are needed and installation is completed in less time. However, the fact that the fabrication phase is more costly and the abundance of system details requires a long preparation process before the facade is installed in the building. It is usually solved with custom design profile systems.

    It is especially preferred in voluminous projects where time limitation is decided at the project stage because it allows simultaneous installation with reinforced concrete structure. Panel facades are also facade solutions with high earthquake resistance.

    The system has silicon and cover facade solutions and the profile wall thickness is 2 mm and it allows the use of glass up to 32 mm.

    The modules and components used in panel facade systems are turned into finished products in a controlled factory environment and the facade system is assembled on the construction site. In the panel facades, wings can be formed in the form of an outwardly-facing transom and in parallel to the outward opening. Vertical and horizontal bearing profiles can be applied both in the face as well as special options that can emphasize the vertical effect of the building.

    The panel facade system can be used with solar shading systems. With the profiles of different depths in the facade systems, large openings can be passed and heavy glass surfaces can be carried to the facade. It is a building element that closes the facade shell in high prestigious superstructure group such as business centers, airports, residence blocks, hotel and housing projects. The system combined with insulated profiles and high performance glass in panel facade systems; It provides high performance against heat, sound, rain and wind.
