Covered Curtain Wall System

Cladding Curtain Wall System is a facade cladding system that is formed by using aluminum profiles of 0.5 cm or larger between the glass joints on the outer surfaces.

Vertical carrier and horizontal carrier profiles required cutting, hole, channel and so on. operations are completed. Vertical carrier aluminum profiles are hung on the floor slabs of the structure to be cladding and adjustable anchors connected from the forehead. Horizontal bearing profiles are connected between the vertical carriers hanging sequentially to the façade to be dressed and a grid system is formed to form the façade.

After the glass or material covering the cavity is placed on the externally supported profiles in the curtain wall system which has a grid system, the pressure covers holding the glass are screwed to the vertical and horizontal profiles and the application is completed by installing the closure covers.

It can be designed in many different forms upon request. Glasses are mechanically attached to the horizontal and vertical axes from outside by means of pressure bars. Air and water tightness of the system is ensured by EPDM wicks used inside and outside. Facade system with cover can be turned into semi-silicone facade form if desired.

Horizontal or vertical axis cover profiles, which are used externally, can be canceled upon request and silicone filling is applied to gap joints instead of these profiles. Thus, the desired half-silicone half-lid form can be obtained on the surface of the facade vertically or horizontally. In the system, undefined wings can also be used. The system can be converted into thermal insulation with additional elements.
